Dr. Ruslan Feygin received a Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, NY in 2003. Prior to that he graduated from St. Petersburg State Medical Academy, Russia in 1995. He completed a Internal Medicine Residency at Winthrop University Hospital in 2006 and Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Albany Medical Center in 2009.
Dr. Feygin is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. His primary interests in medicine include diagnostic and adult clinical cardiology, hypertension and cholesterol management.

Dr. Feygin listens well and explains things thoroughly. He has helped get my elevated blood pressure down to where it should be. When I first saw him, he ordered a calcium scan of my heart which turned out to show a very high number. He was quite concerned and called me on a Sunday to let me know and immediately put me on appropriate medicine. On a Sunday! What doctor does that?
