Never a long wait, Always taken care of quickly. Nurses are kind and friendly. Dr. Shah always listens to my concerns and addresses them. He is compassionate and caring. The girls at the desk in Clifton Park are super helpful to accommodate my needs also. The parking lot is always full so they obviously have a lot of clients. Yet, I never have to be wait long to be seen by my doctor and I never feel rushed or dismissed. My doctor, Dr. Shah is great, takes the time to really explain stuff to me and answer any questions that I may have.
